All captured content and personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Backups are stored in encrypted, geographically distributed locations. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel under signed NDAs. We follow a 3-2-1 backup protocol with offsite physical storage for critical compliance records.
2257 compliance records are retained for seven years following the last commercial use of the content, as required by federal law. All other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Creators may request deletion of non-compliance records at any time.
