By engaging Eternelle Agency for AI digital twin production services, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your use of our website and our delivery of services.
Eternelle Agency provides custom AI digital twin production services, including image model training (LoRA), large language model fine-tuning, voice synthesis, and integrated content generation pipelines. Specific deliverables and pricing are governed by a separate signed Service Agreement.
Our services are available only to verified adult content creators who are at least 18 years of age (or 21+ in jurisdictions requiring such), legally permitted to engage in adult content production in their jurisdiction, and able to provide government-issued identification for 2257 compliance.
Upon full payment of the production fee and execution of the AI Rights Management Agreement (AIRMA), the client receives:
Eternelle Agency retains no ownership of the client's likeness, voice, or generated content.
All services require explicit written consent through the AIRMA. Clients may revoke specific deployment permissions or request shutdown of the twin at any time, subject to reasonable wind-down procedures outlined in the Service Agreement.
Eternelle Agency operates in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, California AB 2602 and AB 1836, the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025), and all applicable state and federal regulations governing adult content production and AI-generated likenesses.

Production fees are typically structured as 50% deposit upon signing, 50% upon delivery. Specific payment schedules, revenue share arrangements, and SaaS hosting fees are governed by the Service Agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the production process, captured content, and contractual terms. NDAs are standard for all engagements.
Eternelle Agency is not liable for downstream platform decisions (account terminations, payout freezes, policy changes) outside our control. We provide the production service; deployment outcomes depend on platform compliance and client conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing.
